Research
My research focus on understanding the asthma inception, cell differentiation in the airway epithelium using CRISPR/Cas-based gene editing in primary epithelial cells.
I have strong enthusiasm for multidisciplinary projects that combine wet-lab tools and bioinformatics tools to study the molecular mechanism of diseases using -omics techniques. I am well-versed in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, experienced in primary airway cell culture, CRISPR/Cas gene editing, sequencing
data analysis.
Keywords: CRISPR/Cas-based gene functional studies, asthma, airway epithelial cells, molecular biology.
