As a PI technician, Marnix works on different projects and research lines from all 3 Principal Investigators in the EXPIRE group. He worked on different Lung Fund projects in the past, as well as on projects funded by industry (Astra Zeneca, Roche). Currently he is working on Mitochondrial dysfunction in COPD, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) in an in-vitro model on lung tissue’s. Also managing the lab is one of his tasks.
